The product was very well packed. It comes in it's own case, which is hard-shell, and protects the components. Each piece is individually placed in the foam cutout. The batteries are interchangeable and last about ten minutes of flight time. The camera is pretty good quality. I found this to be a great value and my teenaged grandchildren proclaim so much fun with all their friends. The instructions are very detailed and the kids found the device fairly easy to launch and fly. I highly recommend this device for many fun experiences.
This is a great starter drone. My 12 year old grandson as well as his friends went nuts over it. The instructions were clear and he did not have any problem getting it to work. He learned very fast. Had it doing flips, zooms and crazy stunts. It took some accidents with no damage. It takes pictures as well as videos. It is very stable. He was allowed to show that in the living room of the house. I don't know the last time I saw my grandson so happy. I enjoyed that so much I bought him a second drone in case the first is damaged or if his sister or a friend wants to Fly a drone. This drone should get 10 stars.

Very happy with how easy this is to use - with no real experience using a drone before, I can easily take off, maneuver and land on target! The phone app works well, and it saves pictures from the drone directly to my phone. The drone comes with batteries and a cute carrying case also. I'm happy, and I look forward to playing with it more!
Our grandchildren’s ages 6 & 8 absolutely loved it. We bought one for each of them. They are spending time outdoors enjoying this great hover. It is very easy to charge and operate. It is not noisy and the kids play with it at home on rainy days.
The item arrived fast , well packaged and the case to keep the hover in is sturdy and safe.

This drone is easy to setup and use. I'm still a beginner. I'm trying to learn to take aerial view pictures, using this drone to do so was easy and the picture quality was great. Takeoff and landing was smooth. I made a few user errors the first few flights and hit a few things (flying in the house before going outdoors), I'm super impressed with the durability.
